Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and real-money funds obtained through prohibited conduct — may be forfeited at kkx88's discretion. Where an account is closed without cause by kkx88, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.
